Certified Professionally Insured Colonic Hydrotherapy Course

THE COURSE

The course is divided into Part I and Part II and a Practical and Theory exam.

Part I (Cert. C.H.)

Taking a client's case historyPart I consists of an initial intensive 7 days taught on set course dates. It is a practical course during which the students will receive the opportunity to give and experience supervised colonic treatments.

The number of students is deliberately kept to a minimum to allow for personal attention.

A certificate of proficiency will be issued on successful completion of Part I, allowing the student to apply for licenciate membership of the IPCH, and obtain insurance, set up their practice and begin work.

Part II (Dip. C.H.)

Attendance of Part II is subject to the students having had their practice set up and having collated and submitted for approval at least 10 substantial case studies from their own practice, within a year of completing Part I. Part II consists of three days - two days of supervised practice, and advanced techniques followed by an exam day.

The Exam

The final examination is subject to the student having successfully completed Part I and Part II of the course. Students not already having considerable nutritional experience may be required to undertake some separate training in that field before undertaking examination.

The exam consists of a three hours written examination, followed by a practical case study assessment.

A diploma will be awarded on successful completion of the examination.

The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy

The course follows the standards set by the Institute of Professional Colonic Hydrotherapy.

The final decision of membership remains that of the Membership Committee.
